Police in North Carolina say a mother of two killed her children before jumping to her own death. According to WRAL, officers with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department were called Saturday night to a home on Sebastiani Drive. Upon arrival, they found a 7-year-old boy and his 3-year-old sister suffering from life-threatening injuries. The two were rushed to a local hospital, where they died

Winston-Salem police responded to two separate shootings that happened within about an hour of each other. The first shooting happened on Churton Street near Peters Creek Parkway. The victim was taken to a gas station at Lockland Avenue and Silas Creek Parkway. Police say this victim's injuries are considered to be life threatening. He's in stable condition at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

A man is wanted for reportedly robbing a business in Rowan County. According to Rowan County Communications, the robbery occurred at the Rite Aid on East Innes Street around 8:43 p.m. Officials say the robber reportedly told a pharmacist that he had a weapon and demanded medication. The man then reportedly fled from the business, officials said.
