At 2 a.m. Tuesday Winston-Salem first responders drove through neighborhoods within the 1-mile radius of a fertilizer plant fire pleading with people to get out and head to safety.
A fire truck is now attached to a fire hydrant which will supply water to the plant fire. It will help lower the risk of an explosion, according to city leaders
